Payouts

Actions

Double

  • Increase your main bet by the same amount.
  • Receive exactly one additional card (no further hits on that hand).

Surrender

  • Late surrender: reclaim ½ of your main bet and forfeit the hand.
  • Settles immediately; amount rounded down to whole dollars.

Insurance & Even Money

  • Insurance (dealer shows Ace): side stake equals ½ of your main bet (rounded down); pays 2:1 only if the dealer has Blackjack.
  • Even Money (you have Blackjack vs dealer Ace): take an immediate 1:1 payout; the hand ends.

Split

  • Available with two cards of the same rank; creates two hands and requires an additional bet equal to the main bet.
  • Aces: each split Ace receives one card only; no further hits on those hands.
  • No re-splits: you cannot split again after an initial split, even if a split hand becomes a pair.
  • 21 achieved on a split hand is not Blackjack; paid as a regular 21.
